Shipping and Handling

For all confirmed purchases, we ship within Hong Kong free of charge, except remote areas and outlying islands (such as but not limited to Cheung Chau, Closed Area, Crooked Island (Kat O), Grass Island, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Po Toi, Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Tai O, Tung Lung Chau, Tung Ping Chau, etc.). We may ship to other countries, but will incur an additional shipping fee.

Return and Exchange Policy

All items come with a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy from the original purchase date as long as the item is in new, unworn condition, with the original Mioggi package, complete with any related accessories and tags, unless stated otherwise. Additional shipping costs may apply if you choose to return / exchange your item via post. For all promotion or sales items purchased online, a 14-day exchange policy applies. For promotion or sale items purchased in Concept Store, all sales are final. For all luxury designer items purchased, only new and unworn items may be refunded or exchanged.
