Shipping Method & Returns

  1. Shipping Fee
    Hong Kong: FREE shipping if order subtotal is HK$300 or above(Free shipping only can deliver to SFexpress pick up points or Commerical/Industrial Building). Otherwise, the shipping fee will be $30.
    China, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia: Shipping fee is HK$100.  Other countries: Shipping fee is HK$300.
  2. Delivery Time

    Hong Kong / Macau: For most products, the delivery time will be 3-4 working days (not including weekends and public holidays).

    Other countries: For most products, the delivery time will be 4-7 working days (not including weekends and publich holidays).

    If product is out of stock or requires longer delivery time, we will state it clearly on the product page and notify our users.
  3. Courier Company
    We use SF Express to delivery items to Hong Kong. For other areas and countries, we will arrange different courier companies, including but not limited to TGX, COE, DHL, etc.
  4. Will you provide Tracking Code for my order?
    Yes. Each order will be associated with a tracking code, and you can track the latest delivery status online.
  5. Outlying areas in Hong Kong
    Outlying areas include: Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport) , Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island. If order is delivered to the above areas, we may need to use Hong Kong Post Office.
  6. If courier company failed to deliver the order and return it to Mioggi, what will happen?
    The common reasons for delivery failure includes wrong or incomplete address, or receiver is not reachable. The courier company will try her best to deliver the products, but in case delivery failure happens and the product is returned to Mioggi, we will email or call you and re-arrange a new delivery. For re-delivery to Hong Kong area, the cost will be HK$20.
  7. Tax issue for non-Hong Kong areas
    For orders that are delivered outside of Hong Kong, users may entitiled tax issue (such as VAT) for the goods. Mioggi will not be responsible for any tax payment.
  8. Out of stock
    Mioggi will try our best to ensure stock availability. In case the product is out of stock after you placed an order, we will notify you immediately, and the refund due to out of stock will be reimbursed to you within 7 working days. Thank you for the understanding.

    Mioggi will not be responsible for item lost during return shipping. Mioggi reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Mioggi' decision will be final.

    Unopened Item ReturnUnopened items returned must be in mint, unused condition. Mioggi reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition. Refunds will be credited to your Mioggi account 7 working days after we received the items. 

    Defective Item Exchange
    If the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, Mioggi will bear the shipping fee and re-deliver a new product to the users. Please take the photo of defective item and then send it to es@mioggi.com by email. The return shipping fee will be credited to your Mioggi account 7 working days after we received the defective items.
